FREE Sage Accpac Telephone Support

Stonefield Systems Group Inc. is pleased to announce FREE Level 1 telephone support for Sage Accpac ERP.

Level 1 support includes:

Providing information on program functionality
Clarifying and explaining the significance of error messages
Help with product activation code issues
Determining whether an issue is program, database or environment related
Using remote assistance tools to assess issue as necessary

Level 1 support does not include:

Database repair
Creating, updating or supporting any modifications/customizations, including custom reports
Network support
Product training
Installation of products, upgrades and service packs
Onsite support
Accounting support

Customer requirements to qualify for free Level 1 support:

Customers must be current with Sage Accpac Software Assurance
Customers must be on the current version or one previous version of the software
Customers must either call our Help desk at 1-866-300-7898 ext 2, or (306) 586-3341
Stonefield Systems Group must be your Business Partner of Record
If you require additional training on your Sage Accpac software, training is available for an additional fee
Should you require support outside the scope of Level 1, support is available based on our standard rates
